Miniature pinscher

The Miniature Pinscher is also called the "King of small dogs". The animal is brave and has a very watchful character. Although this dog is not large, it is certainly not a defenceless lapdog. We do not know exactly where the Miniature Pinscher comes from, historically speaking. The Miniature Pinscher looks a bit like the Dobermann Pinscher, but is not related to it. It is more likely that the Miniature Pinscher is a crossbreed of the Dachshund and the Italian greyhound.

The Miniature Pinscher has a good character. It is a nice family dog that likes to be with his family. He is relatively good with other dogs. dogsbut he is not so good with small children. Miniature Pinschers are active, energetic dogs. That is why they love to be with their owners. Of course, they like to curl up on the sofa with their owners, but they also like to go on adventures together. You will not make the animal happier than with a long walk. The animal is suitable as a family dog, but the Miniature Pinscher has the characteristic that he can become very attached to one person.

Of course it is important to socialise the Miniature Pinscher properly. However, it is also very important to teach the animal to obey properly. The animal is namely very smart and constantly tries to push its limits. This is fun up to a certain point. At a certain moment, the limit is reached and the dog will have to listen. He will have to learn this from puppyhood onwards!
